PhRMA - GoBoldly & Innovation.org Launch

The Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) tasked us with creating an awareness campaign that softened their image and increased their likability. Our solution—GOBOLDLY.

Launched as a national advocacy campaign, the work celebrated the unsung heroes driving the medical breakthroughs as well as all those who fight against deadly diseases every day.

The work includes everything from 30-second TV spots and 15-second pre-roll videos to rich media ads and out of home. Everything drove to a new content hub, Innovation.org, which contained technical information and articles about the science behind the advancements.

Role: Concept, Art Direction, Design, Animation

 

Concept development on how we can boost brand awareness. I wanted to explore different ways which we could increase brand exposure by developing different innovative tactics that would live both in the virtual and physical world. The main concept was to pull the curtain back and show the people behind the science. Below are examples of AR and digital display tactics.

We designed their innovation.org website with a focus on seamless updates, the addition of fresh content, and ensuring complete responsiveness. The redesign encompassed a reconsideration of the user experience, the incorporation of new user interface elements that align with the brand's aesthetics, and the introduction of a revitalized and more polished appearance to the website.

Social post showcase

Engaging in a collaborative process, I played an integral role in conceptualizing, designing, and animating the monthly social media posts. These thoughtfully crafted posts were strategically engineered to not only captivate the audience but also to serve as dynamic signposts, channeling traffic to diverse sections of the website.

 

Styleguide

In addition to developing their website and executing social media campaigns, we also assumed the responsibility of establishing their brand standards. This encompassed the creation of a comprehensive style guide, meticulously detailing every aspect of brand application. From guidelines on font selection and logo utilization to photography choices, color palettes, and even directions on integrating materials into various layouts such as print and digital displays, this guide was designed to provide clear directives, boundaries, and precautions for consistent and effective brand representation.
