BI MSL
BI MSL
Boehringer Ingelheim MSL HCP exhibition space. In response to the task of transforming existing content and data from Boehringer Ingelheim research into a visually captivating exhibition space for future events, such as the ATS conference, we propose a dynamic and immersive design concept that engages Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs). This concept aims to showcase the company's research, innovations, and commitment to advancing healthcare in a compelling and memorable way.
Phase 1
In an urgent timeline, we successfully converted an existing PowerPoint presentation from portrait to landscape format. This adaptation optimized the content for display on a digital presentation wall, aiming to ensure effortless comprehension and engagement by Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). Our priority was maintaining a sleek and modern design to facilitate clear content delivery and animations, even from a distance.

3D mock up of the main presentation design as well as an events calendar which stood on a separate stand, I also designed the visual for the stand.
Phase 2
Building on the previous presentation's success, Phase 2 allowed us to delve deeper into improving User Experience (UX) and increasing visitor engagement. We used insights from the prior exhibition to refine interactive elements, redesign the main presentation and events calendar, and strategize ways for Boehringer Ingelheim (BI) to drive interaction at the exhibit space.
3D Layouts
3D renderings I created to help provide guidance for the space and designs for the back wall.
